<strong>What is an Isomer? </strong>An Isomer is any of two or more substances that     are composed of the same elements in the same proportions but differ in     properties because of differences in the arrangement.

<strong>Will the speech recognition used in Isomer products recognize other     languages?</strong> Yes. If you download the language recognition files from     microsoft, they are compatible with our software.

  I have paid for a product, but I have not immediately received a 
  registration code to my email.

 When you purchase one of our products, our server is contacted by paypal and 
 runs a script to automatically email you the registration code. The time 
 that the email takes to get to your inbox depends on the time it takes our 
 email server to send the message, your email server to receive the message, 
 and for your personal email client to refresh and receive the message from 
 your email server. Make sure you refresh your email client program, and check that the email was not accidentally placed into your spam mail folder. We ask that you please wait at least 1 business day if you     have purchased a registration code, and if you still have not     received a registration code, send an email to     CustomerSupport@isomerprgm.com and we will confirm your order.
